The Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Support every stage of the Pro customer journey, from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, proactively driving sales through product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
Meet monthly sales goals and other performance metrics to drive sales in the store.
Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge to ensure each Pro customer’s project is a success.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
Qualifications
Proven customer service or sales experience, preferably within retail or professional customer contexts.
Strong product knowledge in home improvement products and the ability to recommend solutions based on project needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual communication skills may be preferred depending on location.
Ability to meet sales goals and operate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
