Join Community Bridges as a Peer Support Specialist and help individuals navigate recovery and reintegration. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral health agency serving communities throughout Arizona with residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis services.
The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) will work in PCMH/OTP Community‑Based Services, providing one‑on‑one support to clients, assisting with day‑to‑day problem solving, and applying best practices in assertive engagement, harm reduction, and peer support to promote safe and inclusive recovery environments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
Current valid Arizona driver’s license.
Clear 39‑month motor‑vehicle record.
Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) or ability to obtain CPSS certification within 90 days of hire.
Addiction and Substance Use Disorders certification preferred.
Fingerprint card required.
