As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH at the Sharonville Downtown Branch.
Responsibilities
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet; position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs; educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits; demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
