Job Description
Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.

Work Experience: Associates degree or equivalent with related experience or product knowledge; typically 3+ years. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
Education: No degree required.
Certifications: None required.
Licenses: Additional background checks required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
