Digital Sales Specialist (Pacific Northwest, U.S.) Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Location:

Remote but based in Seattle, WA

Compensation:

$70,000 – $90,000 + competitive variable

This role requires full coverage of the Pacific Northwest territory, including Alaska, Oregon, and Washington.

About The Role SprintRay's Digital Sales Specialists play a customer‑facing role in driving growth and engagement across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Drive user acquisition by conducting full lifecycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new business.

Partner closely with SprintRay’s channel sales teams to increase unit sales and enhance end‑user conversion.

Lead virtual and in‑person presentations to prospective users, dental groups, and KOLs.

Attend local and regional trade shows, study clubs, and customer meetings to expand market presence.

Execute strategic territory plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales goals.

Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Monitor regional market dynamics and competitor activity, reporting insights to sales leadership.

Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage administrative tasks such as expenses and meeting logs.

Foster long‑term relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.

Demonstrate advanced aptitude and comfort level in selling digital technology solutions to dental professionals.

Required Qualifications

3+ Years successful dental sales experience

Strong relationships with dental distributors

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strongly related experience required

Dynamic presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written skills

Strong organizational capabilitiesGood technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow (preferred)

Comfortable in virtual or in‑person selling situations

Experience using Salesforce (SFDC)

Requires overnight travel 25% to 40%, depending on territory
