What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Monitor crisis queues for clients receiving therapy and participating in group sessions
Screen risk and collaborate on stabilization planning for clients at risk of harm
Complete all required documentation in alignment with compliance standards
Serve as a key point of contact for crisis triage during client group sessions
Conduct case consults with Care Team members as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Independently licensed clinician
Previous experience in crisis intervention preferred
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility
Strong motivation and passion for mental health
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with cloud‑based communication tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a high‑paced mental health environment
Familiarity with relevant software such as Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and EMR
