Position Summary
(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor at Sam's Club.
Base Pay Range $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests.
Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians.
Communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications.
Utilize POS systems and selling techniques.
Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory, and audit safety and compliance standards.
Report complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas.
Complete required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve their issues and concerns.
Advocate for the brand by modeling high‑quality service and products, and inspiring team members.
Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and implement related action plans.
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to identify priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
Support a culture of belonging, diversity, integrity, and customer focus.
