Position Summary Be a Team Member. Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians. Communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service. Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and TPMS. Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Operates cash registers, processes transactions, and maintains accurate inventory audit, safety, and compliance standards. Assists members with purchasing decisions, resolves issues and concerns, and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures. Serves as a brand advocate, models high quality service and products, develops influencing and inspiring others, and builds strong relationships. Applies company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
