What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways but have not yet booked their location or dates
Utilize salesmanship and customer service techniques to assist guests and increase departmental revenue
Achieve tour volume goals for the resorts by effectively engaging with potential guests
Maintain a professional demeanor while providing information and support to guests
Work independently and manage time efficiently to meet performance targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field
