What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased vacation getaways but have not yet booked their travel

Utilize salesmanship and customer service skills to increase revenue and ensure tour volume for resorts

Maintain a detailed and organized approach while working independently

Engage with customers to provide information and assist with booking their vacations

Participate in training and adhere to post-training work schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Candidates must be located within 50 miles of Orlando, FL

Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry

Ability to think quickly and adapt to various customer interactions
