As A Kagu Group Lead Generation Specialist you will grow our business by gaining new clients for our loan officers and real estate agents through prospecting and lead follow up activities. To be successful in the lead generation role your warm, personable phone presence will be key to getting callers excited about working with the Kagu Group.
The Day to Day
Prospect & contact potential clients through phone, text, email & social media
Build rapport with potential clients, clearly presenting our value proposition and capabilities; overcome objections and negotiate to the company’s best interest.
Grow accounts by both introducing them to new products & services.
Contribute by sharing competitive market information and customer needs to the business.

A Little About You
Real estate, lending or b2b, b2c sales experience
Familiarity with CRM systems & G-Suite
Driven, detail oriented with a passion for success
Experience working in a remote position
