What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage key accounts to drive distribution and visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On Premise channel

Develop and implement brand visibility programs within assigned accounts, including menu listings and special events

Conduct staff training and incentive programs to promote employer brands among wait staff

Coordinate with distributor sales teams to ensure successful execution of marketing programs

Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback for strategic improvements in brand promotions

What is Required (Qualifications)

1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales

Understanding of the three-tier distribution market

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers

Must have a valid driver’s license and insured motor vehicle

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working in the on-premise channel with a focus on brand marketing

Strong presentation skills and verbal communication abilities

Familiarity with sales software such as KARMA, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within a multi-brand portfolio

Experience in developing and executing creative marketing events
