What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive new distribution and enhance visibility of the employer's portfolio in the On-Premise channel

Manage key accounts by implementing strategies that improve business performance and brand presence

Develop and execute customized activation plans tailored to account segments

Collaborate with Field Marketing Management to schedule consumer activations and trade events

Provide regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive activity

What is Required (Qualifications):

1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the on-premise sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working in a three-tier distribution market

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Familiarity with product sales and ability to develop compelling selling stories

Capacity to work weekends and extended workdays
