Position Customer Service Representative – On Site, Bellaire, TX

Pay $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Hours Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm, Saturday 11 am–6 pm.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store independently.

Receive and log packages, create shipment logs/labels, and ensure correct placement.

Serve 1–2 clients per hour, maintaining accurate logs.

Escalate questions or issues to team members as needed.

Support company growth opportunities within operations, finance, or marketing divisions.

Qualifications

Self‑sufficient ability to work independently during opening and closing.

Basic computer skills for entering shipping/tracking information.

Prior customer service experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical ability to lift 30–50 lb packages when required.
