We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue opportunities within our HVAC, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), and Plumbing service lines. The ideal candidate is passionate about engaging with customers, generating sales activity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound follow-up and rehash on HVAC, maintenance, and plumbing appointments. Make customer satisfaction “happy calls” to ensure service excellence and identify upsell opportunities. Revisit open estimates, overcome objections, and schedule follow-up appointments for closing. Manage customer communication through targeted campaign mailers, texts, and email outreach. Collaborate with service teams to support scheduling needs and maximize revenue opportunities. Track performance metrics and CRM data to meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals. Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, call center, dispatch, or customer service role (preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset. Comfort working with quotas, performance metrics, and outbound call targets. Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or call management software. Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
