Kid's World Learning Center
Overview
As an enrollment specialist for Kid’s World Learning Center, the role focuses on helping parents navigate the enrollment process and placing children in a safe and nurturing environment. The position uses a Childcare CRM to follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
Responsibilities
Communicating with parents : Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective enrollees, providing information about programs, policies, and fees, and answering questions.
Conducting tours : Give tours of the facility, highlighting classrooms, playgrounds, curriculum, activities, and safety measures.
Completing enrollment paperwork : Assist families with registration forms, health forms, and emergency contact information.
Managing waitlists : Maintain a waitlist when the center is full and communicate openings and availability.
Managing leads : Use the Childcare CRM to manage leads from multiple channels, input information, and track lead status.
Following up with leads : Contact leads via phone, email, and/or text to address questions or concerns and maintain open communication.
Providing information : Share relevant details about programs, curriculum, staff, and facilities through the CRM.
Scheduling tours : Use the CRM to schedule tours and share visit details with families.
Converting leads to enrollments : Work to convert interested families into enrollments by staying in touch and addressing concerns.
Overall goal : Make the enrollment process smooth and stress-free for parents while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.
Additional duties : Assist in day-to-day operations of the daycare as required.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Understanding of child development and the needs of young children.
Ability to work effectively with parents and guardians.
Familiarity with childcare CRM software and enrollment processes.
