Crisis Intervention Specialist , you will be providing assessment, counseling, and case management to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those living in our community. We strive for excellence and have achieved significant and measurable improvement in clinical outcomes for the more than 4,000 clients we serve. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context. The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
