The pay for this position is $59,752.78 - $64,703.70 annually. $5,000 sign-on bonus Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated), plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year! As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will provide risk assessment, brief supportive counseling, referral to resources, and other supports to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming lives in our community. We strive for excellence and have achieved significant improvements in clinical outcomes for over 4,000 clients served. To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Experience working with people of all ages in mental health and/or substance use contexts. The ability to complete mental status exams and suicide assessments, and make appropriate referrals. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
