As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be providing assessment, counseling, and case management to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis. HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those living in our community. To be successful in this role, you will have: A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred. Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context. The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
