Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Team and individual sales Lead follow-up Lead generation Set appointments Execute consultations Close transactions Sales talk Qualifications
Must possess a real estate license Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car Real estate license Great communication Sales experience Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation
