Responsibilities

Develop onboarding resources for new agents and deliver training that supports consistent team performance

Collaborate with leadership on strategies to improve agent satisfaction and long‑term engagement

Support agents with marketing collateral and help execute creative digital and social campaigns to boost visibility and sales

Manage the day‑to‑day operations and systems that support your team’s success

Drive team production and performance goals

Maintain and grow your personal sales pipeline

Maintain and organize your team’s contact and client database

Expand and scale your team’s presence within the organization

Provide ongoing coaching and skill‑building support for agents

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high‑performing real estate agents

Real estate license required

Brokers license or ability to obtain one

Sales experience

Compensation $160,000 per year
