Contribute to the growth and productivity of the office through collaboration and shared knowledge
Mentor and support agents with contract questions, negotiations, and compliance guidance
Maintain your own book of business while helping newer agents develop theirs
Assist in onboarding new agents and introducing them to company systems and processes
Lead by example through professional standards, integrity, and consistent production
Participate in office training sessions, workshops, and community initiatives
Build relationships with local vendors, partners, and clients to strengthen market presence
Stay current with industry laws, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
Active real estate license and the ability or intent to obtain a broker’s license
Proven experience as a productive real estate agent with a history of consistent closings
Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and local real estate laws
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills

Organized, dependable, and comfortable at balancing multiple priorities
