Job Description This role supports the Electric division by leading on‑site crews, managing job site execution, and serving as the single point of contact for assigned construction projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, safety efforts, and customer expectations while ensuring projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Success in this role means delivering high‑quality installations while mentoring team members and driving job site performance—all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.
What You’ll Do
Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
Represent KE in customer walk‑throughs and site meetings
Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule
Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours
Support and enforce project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards
Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Assist with documentation, change orders, and site logistics
Partner with the Construction Manager and project team to solve issues and adjust plans as needed
Serve as on‑site point of contact for inspectors, landowners, subcontractors, and customers
What You’ll Bring
Journeyman License with 5+ years of experience in a Foreman or Project Lead role
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction and best practices
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite communication independently
Experience interpreting drawings, specs, and installation standards
Understanding of budget control, documentation, and quality assurance
Excellent communication and leadership skills; team‑first mindset
Willingness to travel up to 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Pay Range Pay Range: $40/hr. – $50/hr. plus per diem, incentive opportunities, or other applicable compensation details.
