Key Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth by generating new business sales and building rapport and trust with customers.

Attract and generate new customers and cross‑sell existing customers for Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance.

Sell to walk‑in customers, market products outside the office via marketing calls and in‑person visits, and assist customers in the office.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience.

P&C licensing (preferred) or attain required licensure within 90 days of joining.

Preferred Skills

Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.

Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales and cross‑sell/retention.

Builds a continuous sales pipeline via community contacts and a physical presence.

Initiates outbound calling to established target customer base.

Monitors local competitors and suggests initiatives to improve market position.

Plans, implements, and manages marketing and sales processes with leadership.

Delivers optimal results within quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial performance metrics.

Understands and promotes underwriting guidelines and policy changes.

Receives customer payments, issues receipts, and verifies cash drawer reports.

Compensation Base compensation: $17.50 per hour for unlicensed candidates.

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour for licensed candidates with a valid license and minimum 6 months of P&C sales experience.

Total compensation may include incentive pay such as commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
