Join a rapidly growing global agricultural company operating across 20+ countries. They are seeking a Dynamics CRM Consultant on a contract basis to support Sales and Customer Service teams by enhancing CRM functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM to support sales and customer service operations.

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to understand requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and customer interactions.

Support data quality initiatives including data cleansing, migration, and integration with other business systems.

Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enhance adoption and efficiency.

Assist in the evaluation and implementation of CRM add-ons or third-party tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist, preferably in Sales and Customer Service modules.

Strong understanding of CRM workflows, business process automation, and system integrations.

Experience with reporting tools and analytics within Dynamics CRM.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in agricultural, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
