What will you do?
Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts
Provide up-to-date info on products, prices, availability
Manage leads, qualify prospects, support inside sales
Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims
Keep CRM records current and accurate
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
Support logistics, ensure timely and correct deliveries
Collect feedback, suggest improvements
Prepare quotes, track orders, and help resolve issues
Act as main contact for customer needs and incidents
What are we looking for?
Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual
Technical background with sales/marketing knowledge
Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability to travel up to 20%
User-level experience with ERP, CRM, Office tools
✨ Nice to have
Previous experience: Minimum 5 years in an industrial company, with technical product sales
University/college degree (engineering preferred)
Knowledge of marketing and sales
Experience supporting logistics
Multidisciplinary team collaboration
