Responsibilities
Develop the project schedule using all available support documentation including design drawings, contracts, and specifications.
Incorporate design deliverable documents into the schedule and identify design risk.
Work closely with material management to ensure deliveries support installation timeframes.
Develop and manage adequate detail to successfully perform the work.
Perform constructability reviews to validate sequencing and logic.
Identify and communicate risk and opportunity.
Conduct frequent analysis of critical and near‑critical paths and communicate risk to the project team.
Perform weekly schedule update meetings to ensure the most accurate and updated status is included in the project plan.
Oversee pull planning sessions with the construction team and ensure compliance with baseline schedule summary activities.
Perform regular site walks to understand field conditions and dynamics, validate progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Five years or more of P6 CPM scheduling experience in similar markets.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs, with a focus on Excel.
Complete understanding of current scheduling concepts and best practices.
Thorough understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Safety Level This is a safety‑sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug testing and background checks will apply. The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions. In order to safely and successfully perform job duties you must be able to:
Potentially lift up to 50 pounds.
Potentially do repeated pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching (or working above shoulder), walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.
