Join CNH to support and promote the sales of CNH Parts & Service products within an assigned territory with the primary responsibility for making outbound sales calls. This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements.

Job Purpose The Inside Sales Representative will support and promote the sales of CNH Parts & Service products within an assigned territory, focusing on Construction and Agricultural Parts/Service related products and services through effective use of the telephone and other electronic means.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a territory parts business plan that identifies and evaluates all new parts business growth opportunities.

Assist dealers in establishing key customer relationships, expanding market share dealer.

Support, promote and facilitate the sale of CNH Parts and Service offerings to a network of dealers by crafting a daily, monthly and annual call plan, meeting or exceeding sales targets metrics and.

Capture market intelligence for corporate parts and service marketing development teams.

Implement parts programs and follow-up to ensure competitiveness.

Provide input for corporate reports and forecasts for management reporting as necessary.

Focus on activities and strategies that result in revenue growth and make CNH the preferred supplier of parts for each dealership.

Handle post‑order incidents by coordinating shipments with appropriate departments, vendors and dealers.

Maintain acceptable inbound and outbound call volumes.

Experience Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in an Inside Sales setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload with strong sense of urgency.

Knowledge of sales principles and practices.

Previous experience with Salesforce, CSPS, Cogos, BT phone preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Assertiveness, perseverance, energy, passion, and results‑oriented behavior.

Effective problem‑solving skills with first‑call resolution mentality.

B2B sales experience preferred.

Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $75,600 plus any applicable bonus. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
