Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Property Leasing and Administration
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow‑up.
Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in
Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals.
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter)
Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units
Marketing & Outreach: Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and review market survey/analysis to generate ideas and formulate plans, maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition and complete weekly market survey report.
Customer & Resident Relations: Manage excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, project a favorable image of the community, ensure consistency in dealing with residents, and enforce community policies delegated by the supervisor.
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic computer skills and ability to use on‑site software functions
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
Regular movement between worksites, communication with others, repeat motions of wrists, hands, and fingers
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, remaining stationary, standing or sitting for prolonged periods
Move within various environments, including tight and confined spaces, overhead positions, reach, lift or place objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery, power tools, vehicles, and golf carts, assess accuracy and quality, work overtime, weekends, nights, emergencies, extreme temperatures, precipitation, wind, small or enclosed spaces, hazardous chemicals, varying terrain
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range : $0 per hour to $0 per hour
At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. When selecting the top candidate to hire for a position, the offer we extend is dependent on the facts associated with the candidate’s relevant experience. Our employment offer is accompanied by additional compensation associated with our comprehensive total rewards package, which includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses, when applicable. Full‑time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
