Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. in our repair/maintenance shop at the Carbondale, CO hauling site. We’re committed to offering stable hours that support your work‑life balance. Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts Perform work within our Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns Conduct safety checks to protect employees and community members Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times Assist senior mechanics with project work and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant work experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Minimum age 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States Physical capability to perform required duties with or without reasonable accommodations Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam Ideal Candidate Profile
Team player who cares about the shop and its people Enjoys working independently and as part of a team Thrives on variety—each day offers a new challenge Strong problem‑solving skills and determination Physical Demands
Physical effort includes frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, standing, walking and grasping. Exposure to cuts, burns, chemicals, noise, weather extremes and other occupational risks is common. This role may require work inside garages, shops and in outdoor conditions.
