Position Overview We are seeking a
Bilingual
Account Manager
to join our team. This role requires a professional who can balance exceptional customer service with strong organizational and project management skills. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their fulfillment needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and care.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal operations teams.
Manage client accounts, providing timely updates and ensuring fulfillment accuracy.
Oversee day-to-day projects, coordinating across departments to meet deadlines.
Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues with professionalism.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and account records.
Handle escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
Foster strong client relationships that encourage trust and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
2+ years of account management, client services, or fulfillment/logistics experience (preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires tough skin and adaptability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
