Job Posting: Server Assistant
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Server to join our team! Our Servers are naturally comfortable with people and can quickly build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented, hard-working, and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests.
Primary Responsibilities
Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
Assist waitstaff and bartenders in providing excellent guest service
Run food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely manner
Ensure guests have everything they need
Clean and reset tables
Adhere to all food safety regulations
Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required
Helping Washing and polishing
Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
The genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests
Professional, well-groomed, and confident with an outgoing personality
Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other team members
Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitudeGeneral knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beer
Comfortable working with a team
Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
