We are hiring Group Home Managers in Aberdeen, Edison & Manalapan, NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise all aspects of group home operations, including staff supervision, on-call responsibilities, and spot checks. Job Responsibilities
Supervise all aspects of the group home. Plan and conduct staff meetings and training. Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations. Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager. Uphold agency and licensing regulations. Responsible for creating staff scheduling. Assist with scheduling doctors\' appointments. Responsible for program and client finances. Assist with activities of daily living skills. Administer or assist with prescribed medication. Light housekeeping. Assist with transportation. Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives. Data entry using Therap (EHR). Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans. Job Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities. A valid driver's license in good standing and insurable through NJID's automobile insurance. Strong organizational and communication skills. No certification required. Position Details
