About the Role As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Rogers Park store located at
6470 N Sheridan Rd Chicago, IL 60626 , you will serve as the primary point of contact at the front of the store, interacting with customers and baking our signature warm cookies.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure.
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
Provide a warm experience to each customer with a smile in person and over the phone.
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream.
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and overall upkeep of the bakery.
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred.
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
Ambitious nature.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
