Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and share feedback with management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring needs are met.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
