A team of consultants who meet guests where they are and deliver for them through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. A Style Consultant is passionate about operations and guest experience, with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants welcome and help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is set with the right product, pricing and signage, in the right sizes, styles and colors. The role of a Style Consultant provides experiences in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, industry trends, and merchandising practices.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings. Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs. Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed. Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity. Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests. Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience. Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing. Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests. Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting room and guest service back to the sales floor. Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards. Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up with compliance with laws where applicable. Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs. All other duties based on business needs.

Have strong interest in apparel products and accessories, a welcoming attitude, ability to communicate across devices and with scanners, effective communication, ability to work independently or in a team, and quick guest question resolution.
Additional Requirements & Skills
Handle cash register operations as needed. Climb ladders; lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with help if needed. Flexible schedule and reliable attendance; work in varying temperatures and conditions; remain mobile during shift. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
