Month 1 — 35,000 UAH Month 2 — 40,000 UAH Starting from month 3 — base salary of $750 + KPI (percentage of client ad spend) Average salary of our account managers ranges from $1,200 to $1,500
Remote work format — we know that’s the most comfortable for you Working hours: 9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri 14 calendar days of vacation, 10 paid sick days, plus 2 additional DAY OFFs (including on your birthday) A strong corporate culture (teambuilding events, company parties) Sports activity reimbursement What we expect
Financial background or solid experience working with Google Sheets (Excel) Experience in roles such as Account Manager, Support Service, or Business Development Specialist Experience with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) or in‑depth knowledge in digital advertising is required English proficiency A2+ or higher Negotiation skills and the ability to justify your position Strong analytical and structuring skills Accountability in CRM systems and experience with task managers Excellent written and verbal communication — in Ukrainian/Russian and English Key responsibilities
Managing and developing existing client projects, providing high‑quality support at all stages of collaboration Organizing onboarding for new clients: introducing company policies and pricing, presenting the team, and holding necessary meetings Building professional and friendly relationships with clients and deeply understanding their business needs Monitoring timely account funding and proactively encouraging additional spending to expand cooperation Quickly resolving problematic and disputed situations Providing regular reports on completed work using Excel and Trello Business Solutions
