Home Office : Altoona, PA Travel: 1 to 2 days per month to client schools, plus team meeting at home office Compensation and Benefits: $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus opportunity RedefinED School Advancement is seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to serve as a Relationship Manager supporting an established portfolio of partner schools. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a book of business consisting of approximately 35 to 50 schools and is responsible for guiding school leaders through RedefinED’s proven 4-step FUNDamentals process. The Relationship Manager (Account Manager) plays a critical role in helping schools strengthen and grow their financial aid programs, increase participation in state tax credit initiatives, and build long-term sustainability. This position operates within a team-based structure, working closely with an Assistant Relationship Manager and reporting directly to a Regional Market Manager. This is a hybrid role designed for a professional who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and representing an organization with professionalism and purpose.
