Acting as the program strategist and operational lead, this role converts lifecycle and revenue objectives into actionable digital initiatives, collaborating closely with performance marketing, analytics, and platform teams to deliver measurable impact.This role ensures that digital campaigns are insight-driven, user-centric, and performance-optimized — ultimately accelerating customer acquisition, reducing churn, and increasing digital channel contribution to growth.Focus Areas:
- Lead the design and implementation of lifecycle programs across digital touchpoints
- Develop strategies for digital acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and renewal
- Own day-to-day digital campaign planning, deployment, and performance optimization
- Deeply collaborate with analytics, product, and media teams to align programs with platform capabilities and performance metrics
