Overview
At Soar Autism Center, we dedicate ourselves to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. In partnership with the Early Start Denver Model, we offer play‑based ABA therapy and you, as a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), will play a key role in moving children toward their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6 in our clinic, adhering to professional standards.
Implement intervention plans developed by BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.
Build relationships with families, consistently updating them on child progress.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on ABA practice and RBT certification.
Qualifications
Enrollment in or completion of a degree program – preference for Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
Current RBT certification (Soar provides paid training).
Experience working with young children.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Physical ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 lb, sit/kneel on floor, walk, and occasionally run short distances.
Computer and tablet literacy.
Team‑oriented approach.
What We Offer
$21.50‑$28.50 per hour with regular bonuses and promotion opportunities; initial offer $21.00‑$22.50.
