Primary responsibilities of the job include
Seeking management experience in health care construction
Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following
Minimum of 3 years of field engineer level experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing services (MEP)
Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
Healthcare and hospital construction project experience highly preferred
Salary Range $70-100K
