Primary Responsibilities
Supervise heavy/highway construction sites
Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
Qualifications
3-5 years direct experience in heavy/highway construction industry
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
Ability to oversee the entire process and work independentlyMust have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
Experience with self-perform projects
Salary Range: $22-28/hour
