Superintendent

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Superintendent position. Our client has a young, innovative office that promises company growth and excellent advancement opportunities. They are offering excellent vacation, bonus, and company benefits. This position will require travel at first.

Primary Responsibilities

Seeking Superintendent experience with commercial construction

Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills

Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size

Must have at least 5 years’ experience

ProLog or Procore experience is a plus

Ground up and renovation experience

Desired Qualifications

A 4 years degree in Construction Management

Direct experience in preferred fields

Previous experience running projects up to $40 million

A desire to do things right the first time

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

Understanding of shop drawing

Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Ability to travel

Salary Range: $110-125K
