Personal Assistant

to support senior leadership and streamline day-to-day operations with efficiency, discretion, and a proactive mindset. As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a critical role in managing schedules, handling communications, and coordinating various administrative tasks to keep our leadership team on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity and discretion. Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the executive team. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as needed. Assist with personal tasks, including errands, event coordination, and travel logistics. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups. Organize and maintain digital files, contacts, and documentation using cloud-based tools. Take initiative to anticipate needs and address them proactively. Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role (2+ years preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism. Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar management platforms. Self-starter who can work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting C-level executives or remote teams. Familiarity with project management or communication tools Background in e-commerce, tech, or a digital-first business environment. Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure in fast-moving scenarios. What We Offer:
