Account Executive (Software & Services Sales)

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong background in enterprise software and professional services sales, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with

Application, IT, and Operations leaders .

This is a

primarily remote role

with limited travel (approximately

5% ) to meet with clients and strategic vendors. Compensation is base salary plus commission, with

On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $175,000 .

What to Expect in the Role

Own and manage client billing activities, including monthly, milestone-based, and ad-hoc invoicing

Track, manage, and execute software renewals across multiple vendors and client accounts

Issue and manage purchase orders (POs) to software vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

Coordinate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to ensure billing aligns with contracts, statements of work, and renewals

Maintain accurate billing, renewal, and vendor records within internal systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, or finance tools)

Monitor renewal timelines, proactively identifying upcoming renewals and ensuring no lapses in client coverage

Reconcile vendor invoices against client billings and POs, identifying and resolving discrepancies

Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes related to billing and renewals

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors in English

Continuously improve billing and renewal processes, documentation, and controls

Required Experience

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) – required

Experience in billing, renewals, finance operations, or revenue operations roles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and contractual data

Experience issuing and managing purchase orders

Comfort working with multiple clients, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and financial tracking

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities effectively

Preferred Experience

Software subscription billing and SaaS renewals

Working with software vendors, distributors, or resellers

CRM and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar tools)

Professional services billing models (time & materials, fixed fee, retainers)

Basic understanding of contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and renewal terms

Experience supporting US-based clients or companies
