
Junior Copywriter

In this role, you will come up with campaign ideas, brand experiences, and brand moments, while writing short and long form copy across touchpoints including social platforms, email marketing, and paid media channels. Our ideal candidate is fanatically tuned into food and culture at large, alongside online/offline trends, and skilled in creating engaging digital (and the occasional print) content that connects with social audiences. A deep understanding of social platforms-including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube-is a plus.
Core Job Duties + Responsibilities
Develop a range of cross-platform brand concepts from ideation to execution, including: brand experiences, organic and paid social media content, in-store marketing, and in-app touchpoints
Work with design, marketing, social teams to create rich storytelling experiences across brand touchpoints using both short and long form copy
Write clear, clever and engaging copy that cuts through the noise, elevates the customer experience, and tells a strong brand story connected to our menu and mission
About You (minimum requirements)
2+ years experience in editorial copywriting at creative agency/studio or in-house at a brand
Brand-centered portfolio showcasing both copy and concept capabilities through campaign work, social and digital brand storytelling
Can write for a variety of outputs from three-word headlines to 1,000-word essays with dynamic, flexible voice
A self-starter who can lead creative projects with a constant desire to improve + remain innovative in an ever-evolving marketplace
You're positive, solution-oriented and collaborative, happy to work with a number of different teams and stakeholders
An independent thinker and experimenter who is constantly looking for new ways to surprise, delight, entertain and engage with viewers
Knows what's going on in culture-both on and offline-with eyes on what's coming next
