McCans Sonic Group Multi-Unit Leader
McCans Sonic Group offers a fun work environment with great pay, flexible hours, and a cool uniform. As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage operations across multiple SONIC drive-ins, overseeing General Managers and staff to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Manage, train, and coach General Managers and staff; conduct management orientation.
Assign employees to ensure service standards are met.
Oversee employee performance in various stations during shifts, ensuring standards for food quality, appearance, and service are maintained.
Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
Address employee issues and report violations promptly.
Review staffing schedules to maintain proper service levels.
Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and inventory; take corrective actions as needed.
Audit employment and payroll records.
Prioritize guest needs and respond to escalated guest requests and complaints.
Recruit, interview, and hire management staff; approve compensation within guidelines.
Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial or sales issues.
Develop and implement regional marketing plans.
Additional Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
Experience in multi-unit supervision preferred.
Willing to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and health regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
Adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
