Controls Account Manager - Seattle, WA - Large Mechanical & Controls Company POSITION: Controls Account Manager

LOCATION: Seattle, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prior experience as an HVAC Controls Technician with PM responsibilities is a plus

Prior experience as a Design Engineer (3+ years)

Overall understanding of design, installation, and testing of BAS systems

Well versed in the HVAC/Controls/BAS Industry

Walk job sites, assess client HVAC needs, advise, and create estimates for HVAC solutions

Strong ability to sell HVAC solutions

Put together submittal packages, prepare bids for clients

Retain ongoing relationships with companies’ current clients

Responsible for achieving sales goals
