Optimize ad copy and creative assets to maximize campaign impact across various marketing objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid search, paid social, or programmatic advertising
Expert‑level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (e.g., Google, Meta)
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
Experience in B2B marketing
