Converter Markets Sales Specialist
Territory:
Indiana
Summary This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography
Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities
Manage, support and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers
Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers
Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts
Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.
Possess a current, valid driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and/or three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
High school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of selling experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional Qualifications
Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M industrial market center
Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships
Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales
Location Indiana
Travel May include up to 25% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance May be authorized

Compensation Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $142,479 - $174,141, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
